Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Mini NeoPixel RGB LEDs!
Make your own smart LED arrangement with the same integrated LED used in NeoPixel strips and pixels.

These MINI (3.5mm x 3.5mm) RGB LEDs are easy to solder and half the size of the standard 5x5mm NeoPixels. They're the most compact way to integrate multiple bright LEDs into a design. The driver chip is inside the LED, featuring a constant current drive for consistent colors even with voltage variations, eliminating the need for external choke resistors.

This is a pack of 10 NeoPixel Mini RGB LEDs with a black casing. White casing options are also available.

The LEDs are 'chainable' by connecting the output of one chip into the input of another. To allow integration into a 4-pin package, there is a single data line with a timing-specific protocol. This protocol requires a real-time microcontroller such as an AVR, Arduino, PIC, or mbed. It is not compatible with Linux-based microcomputers or interpreted microcontrollers like the Netduino or Basic Stamp. The LEDs use a WS2811 chip fixed at the 800KHz 'high speed' setting. These LEDs are supported by the NeoPixel library for Arduino, requiring an 8MHz or faster processor.

These raw LEDs are cut from a reel and may be loose. They are not suitable for pick-and-place or reflow processes due to sensitivity to moisture and temperature. These are recommended for careful hand soldering only. Comes in a package of 10 individual LEDs.
